It is a completely normal reaction in such abnormal circumstances, the brain needs dopamine and stimulation to feel good. We need external impulses in the form of meeting others, talking and laughing. We also need to experience new things and get new input from the surroundings. Today we miss this, and it affects our well-being, but luckily there is much you can do to get back your energy and motivation.
